The role

This new role will be responsible for the screening of our clients, using a range of systems and databases to ensure that we proactively manage our risk and comply with external regulation and legislation efficiently and effectively.

This will include initial review of all routine screening, escalating to the client teams where required and ensuring appropriate reporting and follow-up is carried out.  In addition to providing support with periodic reviews, client onboarding, data management and other operational projects as needed.

  • Delivery of a robust and efficient screening process to the business, mitigating risk and escalating appropriately.
  • Excellent levels of service to internal and external clients, in line with Crestbridge standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed performance objectives and development plans.
  • Be a role model and ambassador for Crestbridge Family Office Services.
