Shelley has over 20 years’ experience in the offshore trust industry, working predominantly within the private client, family office, corporate services, and company secretarial sectors.
Shelley leads a team of administrators and oversees a portfolio of clients with diverse global investments, as well as clients with property and private equity holdings. Her experience also encompasses company secretarial and governance responsibilities, liaising with shareholders, regulators, third parties, lawyers, and bankers to ensure compliance and effective corporate oversight. She has extensive knowledge across a wide range of disciplines within the trust and fiduciary environment, with a strong understanding of client needs in complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
Shelley is an Affiliate member of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) and has completed the Diploma level of the ICSA qualification in South Africa.
