Crestbridge Fiduciary’s compliance and regulatory expertise has been recognised with a hat-trick of successes at this year’s Jersey Compliance Awards.
The firm’s Compliance and Regulatory Risk team won ‘Compliance Team of the Year – Independent Family Office Services’, whilst there was also individual success with Vicky Edwards, Associate Director, winning the ‘Governance Excellence – Family Office Services’ category and Claudia Rattray, Senior Compliance Administrator, being awarded the accolade for ‘Rising Star in Compliance – Family Office Services’.
Held last month (17 June) at the Royal Yacht Hotel, the inaugural Awards recognise the professionals protecting Jersey’s financial reputation, celebrating leadership, judgement, and integrity across the compliance profession, with winners being selected through an independent judging process.
Commenting on the overall team win, the judges highlighted the firm’s commercial approach to compliance, noting how the firm “demonstrates cross-functional collaboration and Board engagement that goes beyond typical compliance reporting” and its understandings of “how compliance can operate as both a control function and business enabler”.
Meanwhile, in selecting Vicky for her award, the judges noted “the breadth and technical depth of her contribution” and her forward-thinking approach which “goes beyond compliance and represents genuine strategic contribution”.
Vicky has over 10 years’ experience in Risk and Compliance in Jersey and in the UK across the trust and fund services sectors. She holds the ICA Diploma in Compliance (Distinction) and the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration (Distinction), and was also recently shortlisted in the ‘Financial Crime Prevention Leader/MLRO of the Year’ category of the International Compliance Association (ICA) Compliance Europe Awards 2026.
In addition, judges pointed to Claudia as a team member who has “established credibility and demonstrated meaningful impact” as well as her “learning agility and initiative in the face of operational challenges”.
Claudia has a strong operational background and over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry. Having previously worked in both Jersey and the Isle of Man, she is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a Diploma in International Trust Management.
Reflecting on the triple success, Simon Logan, Head of Compliance and Regulatory Risk, Crestbridge Fiduciary, commented:
“Jersey’s appeal as a centre for supporting the needs of sophisticated global families of wealth is built on its foundation of compliance and regulatory risk expertise, and winning these three awards is a reflection of our leading position in these areas. It also serves to highlight our pragmatic approach that ensures compliance is a key part of our value proposition and a true business enabler.”
