The Role
Working closely with our Senior Manager and Head of Finance, this new role will lead a small Jersey-based client accounting team responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate and timely financial reporting and Jersey tax returns for our clients, while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements and policies and procedures. Candidates should have a strong focus on service excellence and enjoy supporting the growth and development of their team members, providing guidance and training on complex accounting matters and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
Key Result Areas
- Foster a high performing team to deliver excellent levels of client service in line with the Crestbridge standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio, ensuring internal KPIs and reporting requirements are achieved.
- Drive the team’s development while maintaining focus on personal professional growth.
- Be a role model and ambassador for Crestbridge Family Office Services.
