In his role as Client Director, Ashley specialises in the management of offshore trust and company structures for multi jurisdictional UHNW families. He primarily supports clients with US connections and touchpoints, such as US persons, US Foreign Grantor and Foreign Non Grantor Trusts, Delaware LLCs, US real estate, US situs assets, and offshore PFIC compliant portfolios.

He turns US connected complexity into clear, well governed structures, engaging with trusted advisors in order to coordinate required annual tax compliance work and filings with the IRS within the agreed timeframes, as well as arranging distributions of DNI for US resident beneficiaries in conjunction with supporting Foreign Non-Grant Trust Beneficiary Statements.

Additionally, Ashley oversees structures for various asset classes including private equity, marketable securities, residential & commercial property, and antique jewellery.

With over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, Ashley brings technical and practical expertise in complex, cross border structures and a wide range of asset classes. He holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and is a full member of STEP.
