Associate Director Charlotte is a private client and family office specialist with over 15 years’ experience implementing and administering trust and wealth management structures for HNW and UHNW families across multiple jurisdictions.

She has looked after multi-jurisdictional structures that have US elements including US beneficiaries, US residential property and the holding and management of Delaware LLCs. Charlotte also dealt with a restructuring that involved the redomiciliation of Jersey and BVI companies to Wyoming.

Charlotte has experience in administering a variety of asset classes but currently has a particular focus on financing vehicles and residential and commercial real estate.

Charlotte holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management which she passed with distinction. She also holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes (passed with distinction), the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients and the CISI level 3 Islamic Finance Qualification (passed with merit).
