Based in Jersey, and with over 25 years in the UHNW sector, Heather is one of the industry’s most recognised and experienced professionals. One of the founders of Crestbridge Family Office Services in 2013, she has played a central role in transforming it into a successful and diverse venture working with clients in multiple international jurisdictions, while also helping establish Crestbridge Fiduciary in the US.

A trained lawyer, Heather has dedicated her career to working with UHNWIs, their families and institutions to provide a comprehensive range of family office services to families and corporate clients . She also has extensive experience in the management of client and intermediary relationships.

Heather is a regular recipient of industry accolades, earning a place on ePrivateclient’s “Top 50 Most Influential List” for the last eight years. In 2025, she was the winner in the ‘Female Leadership’ category at the WealthBriefing Channel Islands Awards and was awarded the ‘Leading Chief Executive Officer’ Award at the annual WealthBriefing MENA awards. In 2024, she won the “CEO” category in theWealthBriefing European Awards. She is also listed in the 2025, 2024 and 2023 Private Client Global Elite Directory.
