As HR Business Partner, Sarah develops and delivers people solutions that align with the business strategy.
Sarah manages resourcing and talent planning, learning development, performance and reward, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Working closely with the Head of HR, Sarah assists with shaping the people strategy. Utilising evidence and data, Sarah identifies key people priorities and addresses future workforce needs.
Sarah has 10 years of experience in human resources across the public, commercial, and financial sectors. Sarah holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources, a Foundation FDA Degree in Business and Management, a Diploma in ICT, and is certified in Lean Yellow Belt and Predictive Index.
