Crestbridge Family Office Services has made a number of promotions across its team as part of the firm’s Group-wide 2022 New Year promotions and its continuing commitment to quality and service.

The latest round of promotions sees Karen Morris becoming an Associate Director within the Family Office Services team with Elliot Carlow, Daniel Cavey, Andrea Sturges and Charlotte Williamson all being promoted to Manager.

In total, 39 individuals were promoted across the Group. All were recognised for their achievements, expertise and contribution to the business.

Crestbridge has a strong track record of recognising talent through internal promotions and is committed to supporting its people through structured professional development and enabling career mobility through secondment opportunities and flexible working arrangements. It also has a focus on staff wellbeing, reflected through an integrated mentoring system, access to a bespoke wellbeing app and significant recent investment in its Jersey office to meet the needs of the modern working environment.

Congratulating those promoted, Heather Tibbo, Group Head of Crestbridge Family Office Services, said:

“The family office landscape has continued to evolve over the past twelve months but our team has continued to deliver outstanding service to clients in an increasingly complex environment and we have seen growth across the business as a result. Our success is down to the drive and expertise of our team and I’m delighted that those promoted have been recognised for their contribution to the business and their dedication to their own professional development.”
